Members who disclosed trades beyond the 45-day legal deadline, ranked by number of late trades. Each row is one representative's total disclosure record — the max lag shows their single worst offence.
How this is calculated: Lag = days between trade date and PTR filing date. Late = lag > 45 days. Members who skipped years of filings and later submitted a large catch-up batch (all trades in one PTR) rank highest — their individual trade count inflates because one late filing can contain hundreds of trades.
